Meet the Staff: Kali Rae Seitzer
Kali Seitzer comes to camp from Hawaii and has been nick named "the Flyin Hawaiian". Find out why Kali travels from a beautiful place like Hawaii to Camp Woodward in the summer.
Name: Kali Rae Seitzer or as they call me "the flyin Hawaiian"
Hometown: Honolulu Hawaii
Years you have been involved in Cheer: I have been involved in cheerleading for 14 years and before that I was a level 9 gymnast. I Have been coaching for over 8 years all over the United States.
University/Gym you cheered at: I started cheerleading in 1996 at Charlotte Allstars in Matthews, North Carolina with Kevin Brubaker
I have cheered at Paris Junior college Paris, Texas and received my associates degree
I attended Stephen F. Austin State University Nacogdoches, Texas and received my Bachelors degree in Kinesiology and Psychology.
and currently I am cheering at Hawaii Pacific University and graduating in May with my Masters in Organizational Change and Development.
University/Gym you coach at: I coach at an awesome inter-island cheerleading gym called Cheer 808 Inc. in Honolulu Hawaii.
How many years have you been to camp? This year will be the second year I have worked at Camp Woodward, but I could work there forever!
Favorite Camp Food: Chicken grill Chicken on top of a salad! and cinnamon sugar bagels!!!
Favorite Camp Activity:The ice cream socials and the massive slip and slide mat slide! So much fun to flip off the end!
Best Camp memory: I have so many memories! But i think one of my favorites is the dunking booth and the water gun fight during that! I am still going to get everyone back for dunking me!!!!
Hanging with LJ and the olympians was pretty awesome! We had a blast on the ropes course!
